About the service
What does SaudiRenovation do?
We’re a free matching service: you describe your home and the scope, and we pass your request to renovation and finishing companies and designers in your city, who contact you with written offers.
Do you carry out renovation work yourselves?
No — the work is done by the companies you choose, and you contract with them directly.
Is the request free?
Yes — sending a request is free and doesn’t commit you to accepting any offer.
How many offers will I get?
It depends on your city, the type of work and company availability. We aim for more than one offer so you can compare.
Do you show prices?
No, because cost varies widely between homes. Read what sets renovation cost.
Do you help with building an annex or a new floor?
That’s new construction, not renovation. Our sister site SaudiContractor helps you request offers from building contractors.
Is my data protected?
We use your data only to pass on your request, as set out in our privacy policy.
Requests and follow-up
How long does sending a request take?
About two minutes: five short steps about the type of work, property, scope, city and contact details.
When will companies contact me?
Usually soon after the request is reviewed, depending on your city, the type of work and company availability.
Will the company visit before quoting?
For larger jobs, usually yes — to measure and check the home’s condition, which makes the quote more precise.
Do I need to know my budget?
No — the budget is optional in the request, but a rough range helps companies suggest what suits you.
Can I change or cancel my request?
Yes — write to us via the contact page, or tell the companies directly that you’re no longer interested.
Contract and the work
Who do I sign the contract with?
Directly with the company you choose. We are not a party to the contract or the work.
What should the contract include?
Scope, materials, duration, payment schedule, warranty and extras. Read about the renovation contract and payment schedule.
Do I need a permit?
Interior finishes usually don’t; structural work and facade changes may. Check with the municipality.
Do you guarantee the quality of the work?
No — the warranty comes from the company doing the work in its contract, so get it in writing with its duration and coverage.
Privacy and data
Who sees my details?
Only the companies linked to your request, and only with your consent. Read our privacy policy.
Do you send my details to analytics tools?
We never send names, phone numbers, emails or notes to analytics — only general information about the request.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Write to the privacy address given in our privacy policy.
Ready to renew your home?
Describe your home and the scope once, and let renovation and finishing companies in your city contact you with offers.
