When you decide to renovate, the search begins: plenty of phone numbers with no idea who’s behind them, explaining the same scope to every company again, and quotes you can’t compare because each company understood the job differently. We built SaudiRenovation so you describe your home and the scope once, the same description reaches renovation and finishing companies and designers in your city, and you can focus on comparing and deciding.
What we do
You tell us the type of work, the property and its size, the scope and finish level, the city and timing, and we pass your request to companies serving your city and that type of work, who contact you with written offers.
We are a matching service only: not a renovation company or contractor. We don’t carry out or supervise work, we don’t publish ratings or “previous projects” for any company, and we don’t endorse any particular company. What we do is get your request to the right companies in clear form, and back you up with guides such as how to plan your home renovation and how to choose a renovation company and compare quotes.

We work with registered companies
We are building a network of renovation and finishing companies, specialist contractors and designers in each city, and ask them to be properly registered; we may ask for documents such as a commercial registration and licences for work that needs them. Even so, check the company yourself before signing anything, and get the offer and contract in writing.
For new construction
